I am back with an another review blog, for the product, Mamaearth Oil Free Face Moisturizer With Apple Cider Vinegar. It is my second product from the Mamaearth brand. Since the products from this brand are cruelty-free and organic, I love to purchase their products and do some try-ons. I have a sensitive combination skin. Ergo, let's see how this product work on my skin.
Mamaearth Oil Free Face Moisturizer With Apple Cider Vinegar For Acne Prone Skin Review:
Mamaearth's oil free moisturizer helps in balancing the pH level of skin and thus reduces acne breakout. It helps in retaining natural moisture of skin thus making it smooth and elastic. It not just works on reducing existing acne and pimples but also cleans the oil and closes the pores to prevent their occurrence any further. Use adequate amount and apply all over face and neck. Use morning and night, alone or under makeup.
PACKAGING:
Well, the product comes in a white plastic tube with a white screw cap, housed in a white cardboard box. The packaging is sleek, simple and sturdy. That makes a perfect companion for travel. Both the tube and the box reveals the ingredients list, important dates and other stuffs.
TEXTURE:
As the product is free from artificial colors, it comes in a thick white creamy consistency. It settles quickly into the skin giving a moist matte finish. It spreads easily on the skin without leaving any sticky residue behind on my hands.
FRAGRANCE:
The cream has a light fragrance. It smells weird but it's mild. The product has no artificial fragrance and doesn't irritate sensitive nose.
MY EXPERIENCE:
I was quite excited to use this product as it hold Mamaearth as its brand. I applied the product, first on my hand for patch test. As it worked well on my hands, I applied it on my face. Honestly as soon as I applied the product, the product starts burning on me. I still waited for it to settle, but it doesn't.
Since I can't tolerate it, I washed my face within 2 minutes. That was a very bad experience.
My face turned pink and burning sensation was still there. Later I applied my own moisturizer which I was using earlier to settle that.
The product moisturized my hands well, settles quickly and its longevity is good. But it completely doesn't suit my sensitive skin. Mostly ACV products works well on my skin. But I am quite disappointed with this.
But it's ok, since it doesn't breaks out my skin or cause any rashes. Also, I got this as a freebie from Mamaearth, and so I escaped from the guilt of wasting money.

I understand that all products can't work well on every single person. Sometimes it happens. But I am quite disappointed as this product comes from the brand Mamaearth.😞
As the product doesn't work on my skin, I can't recommend this product for any sensitive skin beauties. But if you are someone with non-sensitive skin, may be the product can suit you.
I can only use this product as my hand cream and so I rate the product, 1 out of 5.
