HOME REMEDIES FOR ACNE MARKS, DARK SPOTS AND PIGMENTATION | BLEMISH-FREE & GLOWING SKIN

We all, at some point of time, may definitely come across this acne issues, which leaves acne marks and dark spots, later. It is so adamant that it always denies to vanish from our skin.

However, there are so many products coming up in the market to treat all acne issues. All these products claims to cure the acne marks issues within a very short span of time. But most of us, does not really love to use chemicals onto our skin. Then, how to resolve it?

Only for that, here I am to share you some ageold  recipes to treat these aftermath issues of acne. But with home remedies, it is really important to catch hold these three factors - Trust, Perseverance and Consistency. 

Trust me, following the recipes with resolute in your mind, will confer you amazing results. In today's blog, let us get acquainted with some of the home remedies for acne marks, dark spots and pigmentation.

Note: As I always say, make sure that you patch test, before applying any new products onto your entire face.

HOME REMEDIES FOR ACNE MARKS, DARK SPOTS AND PIGMENTATION:


RECIPE 1:



  • Take a cup of water.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it.
  • Squeeze half lemon to the mixture.
  • Stir them well and transfer it to ice cubes tray.
  • Let it freeze.
  • Massage the ice cube all over the face.
  • After 5 minutes, wash off with cool water.


  • This can be done twice daily, every morning and night for quick results. Apple cider vinegar helps to remove dark spots, age spots and wrinkles, leaving the skin young and plump. This also acts as a toner on your face and prevents new acne and pimples. 





    RECIPE 2:

    • Take half papaya and tomato and cut them into pieces.
    • Blend them using a blender, to form a fine paste.
    • Transfer it to a bowl.
    • Add half teaspoon of turmeric.
    • Add half teaspoon of honey.
    • Mix them and apply it as a face pack.
    • Rinse with a cold water, after it dries.
    Apply this face pack to 3 to 4 times a week for best results. Papaya works as a skin exfoliater and removes blemishes and pigmentation from the skin. Turmeric is packed with anti-inflammatory properties which prevents acne and also soothes dry skin. Tomato and honey helps to lighten the skin and keeps the skin hydrated. 



    RECIPE 3:


    • Add a teaspoon of cucumber gel in a bowl.
    • Mix it with a teaspoon of olive oil.
    • You can add a teaspoon of this mixture with a moisturizer or a night cream, that you normally use.
    Using this regularly, lightens acne scars and blemishes and adds glow to skin. Cucumber gel aids acne-prone skin and soothes irritation on skin whereas Olive oil has anti-bacterial properties which combats bacterial infections and moisturizes the skin.


    RECIPE 4:

    .
    •  Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons Multani mitti.
    • Add 2 tablespoons tomato juice.
    • Also add 1 tablespoon yogurt.
    • Blend them using a spoon and apply it as a face mask.
    • After 15 mins, rinse the face with a cool water.
    This face mask reduces tan, pigmentation , acne and pimples. It evens out the skin tone and brightens complexion. Yogurt and multani mitti acts as major ingredients which reduces dark spots, brightens, tones, moisturizes the skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Use this mask for 15 days consistently to observe best results.


    RECIPE 5:


    • Take a bowl, add 4 teaspoons of potato juice.
    • Add 2 tablespoons of rice powder.
    • Stir it well and apply it on the face.
    • Rinse it after it dries.
    You can also pour into ice cube tray and freeze it. Massage it every night for good results. This is the best recipe and one of my favorites. It fades the acne marks, dark spots and evens skin tone. It also brightens up the skin. Use this twice daily, for quick results.

    From my personal experience, I would say, nothing works overnight. Even if it does, the results are not permanent. So, better we can stick to these homemade ones. It only requires little patience and consistency. With that, it is easy to acquire the desired results.
